Our Team

Salina leads the staff and doctors to manage the flow of the office to ensure the best patient experience possible: from checking in a patient, to checking them out, and everything in between, she can do it all! She assists the doctors with dry eye medical procedures and aids Lynn in running our IPL and Lipiflow procedures. She joined our team with over 13 years’ experience in optometry, 8 of those years working with Dr. Noah Neiman at his previous practice. The doctors are their best because of Salina and she ensures patients’ needs are always addressed. Salina’s role as an office manager has been vital to the continued success of the practice.
